This flat is placed close to San Marco Square and Riva degli Schiavoni, in an area full of shops,
in Castello district, near the embarking of the most important lines of  navigation of the city (line 1,
line 82, line 51 and 52, line 41 and 42, motorship for the islands of lagoon).
It is a lighty attic of 65 sm with 10 sm of terrace, on the second floor of a nineteenth-century
building, completely and recently restored, with self-contained heating system.
From the common entry, at ground floor, the stairs drive to the private entry at first floor; here a
wood-stairs reach at the flat, at second and last floor.
The stairs drive to the center of living room, with a wood-balustrade; all around there are the doors
of  bedroom, bathroom (with bath), big kitchen and terrace.
From the terrace it is possible to enjoy the view of the typical roofs of Venice and here it is a graceful
place in which have dinner or take sun, protecting from indiscreet glances.
The flat is perfect for two persons, but even other two persons can find their places using the big
sleeping couch in the living.
The attic is rent with cleaned towels, sheets, crockery ( pots, dishes and so on ), TV color and microwave-hoven.
